Suzie Remilien is a mortgage loan officer and credit counselor who helps self-employed people and newer rental property owners buy homes without having to provide tax returns or W2s.

She takes a holistic approach to serving clients by helping them to view the home purchase within the larger context of their goals. Suzie takes the time to review their objectives, their finances and their credit in initial consultations. Suzie became passionate about personal finance in her teens when she left her family home to strike out on her own. Over the years, she had held multiple jobs including editor, librarian, ESL teacher, rental property investor.

In 2019, she decided to combine her interest in teaching and finance to become a mortgage loan officer. Suzie enjoys talking to people about money, credit management and real estate in order to empower them to live their best lives.
